******** robbing poor customers with the 5 day cooling off ******** technique

Bad ***** and false presenters, I was told to join and I have 5 days to still decide if I want to go on with the membership and should I not be happy I can cancel and get refunded. I paid their card fee to which I was not even issued an access card but when I cancel they tell me I cannot be refunded the money I paid because access card fee is not refundable, They charge me for the access card they did not even give me how pathetic is that? I called and spoke to ***nor who later told me that the refund has been initiated only to find out it's a lie because nothing has hit my account yet. I wouldn't advice anyone to join this gym filled with team of unprofessionals... Join good gyms that are not ********
