They have no regard for their employees and members.

They pay you peanuts ******* and dust.

They over charge members based on lies and promises of many different classes and perks(I believe their sell at one point was over 70 classes a day) These promises are never ever met.

They make last minute decisions on salaries, instructor and staff positions as well as business changes over an instructors WhatsApp group WITHOUT ANY FORMAL NOTIFICATION BEFORE HAND. SO staff, instructors and members are caught completely off guard.

Their staff and instructor turnover is ridiculous.

A well rounded epic nosedive is an appropriate description.
