Rather stay fat and unhealthy but be happy

I have had nothing but problems since signing up with Ignite, first they oversold us a package that could have been half the cost if they only informed us about the platinum and family options.

I receive weekly calls to signup although I am a paying member with an active membership. I have spoken to the manager after each call asking him to please remove me from the list or at least confirm membership before they call.

There has been a problem with my billing every month, overcharging, charging me a full month for 5 days of membership, not giving my correct visits to Sanlam Reality for the discount.

If I could cancel this membership and rather stay fat, I would do it in a heartbeat.

The only silver lining is Sam from the Presshouse Branch in Cape Town.
