Randburg Management dont take ownership
I called yesterday morning to speak to the branch manager "Jessica" at the Randburg branch.
At 4 'oclock I was at the gym and told reception that she hasnt returned the call.
The next day has almost ended and still no call
If the manager sets the example for the staff no wonder there are complaints
