Poor ventilation

I started my membership at the greenacres branch , im seriously thinking of cancelling my contract as gyming is not a pleasant experience at all. There is no ventilation whatsover and this is bizzare especially during a time of covid , gyming at this branch has become the most uncomfortable and unbearable experiences ever . I could not even complete my session as i was light headed and dizzy due to lack of ventilation. Previous reviews also complains about the same issue and nothing has being done , when will this be sorted or will i be forced to cancel my memebership as i cannot continue under these circumstances .
