Poor Service Delivery
Ignite gym in Greenacres Port Elizabeth is the worse gym you could find in P.E. They have poor service delivery for their customers. No Hot water in the wintertime is one of the worse experiences ever. A week without hot water on cold days causes pneumonia. No Aircondition whats so ever. They just don't care. Signing up with them has been a living hell. I regret even giving them a chance.

The hot water and aircon issues have finally been resolved which means the club is back to full operational standards. We had hoped to have this done much sooner but unfortunately it took a bit longer.

27 Jun 2021, 11:42One thing fixed and the next is not working. Nothing ever works 100% in ignite. The Wi-Fi now is the issue I wonder what else since its always a problem to have a fully functional gym.
