Poor business practice and lack of responsibility

My contract came to an end in August. As expected from low life poor business practice by ignite, they continue to deduct 💰 frm me for August and September. U never get this company on calls, ever because I called them in July to no answer. In their own policy, they stipulate that they notify their customers,2months in advance before their contract is expires, something they did not do. Nw they answer their phones and take responsibility yet they send a a email to say they will deduct last money in November. Their own failure to do their own work is projected on me to continue pay when they breached their own contract. I will not just let this go because they themselves breached section3of their own clause and are ***ards to take responsibility. I won't take it lying down. To think that I just needed a break from August to December before I can take another 24months in January. Never. I'd rather shop around for a gym with ethics and good business practice there's is a huge Difference between expiration of a contract and termination thereof you money hungry indiots
