Pathetic service at Ignite Menlyn by Sheila

I normally go to ignite menlyn during the day to get my parking ticket as it was one of the benefits that encouraged me to join the gym.Today when i went to get my ticked as usual i found a rude young lady by the name Sheila who doesn't know how important is a client, she then asked me if i worked out i said no,i will come later she was like i am not goin to give you a parking ticket because we pay for this tickets and some members abuse them.How is that my problem ,at the end of the day i pay my membership fee whether i gym or not.She seemed to think that she is doing me a favour by giving me a ticket without realizing that i pay her salary.Please stop this nonsense and employ professionals not clueless amateurs who doesn't know anything about customer service like Sheila.
