Non-existent Customer Service

Where do I even begin? Do yourself a massive favour, NEVER join this gym. After joining, the customer service is basically non-existent. And I mean that in the most literal sense. I've called countless times, I've sent numerous emails for weeks and no one has gotten back to me.

When I signed up, the sales consultant made a mistake in the joining form which resulted in my account being overcharged. It's a simple error that I believe can be fixed in a matter of minutes but I am getting no help with my query. I am blatantly getting ignored which is quite shocking as I am a paying customer. Horrible experience.
