No Customer service
Terrible customer service. Overcharges account and then refuses to help. Doesn't let you into gym even though you have paid. Calls don't get answered and emails don't get rep**** to. If you haven't already joined, save yourself time and money and find a better gym. All of the bad reviews are true.
