My account no customet service no one to call and to help

I went to ignite ferndale on republic..... Traiding houra as follow 5am-9pm and never when i went there where they open !!!! I have a 12 month contract with them they keep expecting me to pay my mebership with them but they cant provide me with a service i am paying for!!!

I call CC and they still do not help me gives met emails that does not work i call them at 15:00 there responds is that i have phoned them out of their trading hours !!!

Ignite fitness is a place where you wil not get eny customer service and no one helps you to do enything . If eny one from ignitte see this please call me i am not happy with your company and will no longer pay a cent to you guys that did not hold up your end of the contract !
