Lack of customer service and dishonesty

I am utterly disgusted by the customer service I got served at Ignite Fitness Walmer. I asked them a month prior to freeze my account because I will be relocating. The entire time I asked them to cancel I did not get any correspondence regarding that and when it was time to bill me, they contacted me for payment whereas I said I will be relocating. All to find out they need account freeze is for medical reasons, they did not provide me with any important information when I signed up all they cared for is to get me in with our explaining contract clauses. Both the salesmen and management team failed me. The bill keeps on getting higher instead of addressing my issue. Ignite is a no!!! They are more money oriented than customer oriented. Never again am I coming back!!!
