Ignite Rosebank

I recently joined Ignite fitness in Rosebank, And i must say its very painful having to see how things are done there. For the past 2 weeks in total we have been going for classes but everytime we get there we're told the instructor his busy , training paying clients, which they advertise fouls information, its not a gym to join . i have reported this issue several times, but nothing is being done. You employ a grade 7 to run a club like that one in Rosebank, One instructor with pink hair ,asked me if i should pay him to train me ? how on earth is that? i feel sorry for the owner of that branch because a lot of people are now cancelling . And when you report they laugh at you . i again complained about the aircon and the manager herself she tried to cover it up but she was just clueless on what's taking place. There's a lot i would talk about but to whoever will read this and want to join that gym i suggest you stay away from ignite fitness. They sell lies to people. trap you into that contract of theirs.
