Ignite Milnerton Tribe

I would like to take a minute to thank Ignite Milnerton for their wonderful service. They are truly a great team. Receptionist with the glasses I’m so sorry I forgot your name, but if it was not for you I would have never have come over my fears. She helped me find a person that could teach me some self-defense after I was almost taken by a group of men. She actually went all out to find the perfect person. Karl Niewoudt Personal trainer of ignite turned all of my fears into power. Not only did he show me how to Box, he went out of his way to equip me with other methods of self-defenses like muayi Thai etc. He also showed me what to do if I get grabbed from behind and all those possible scenarios that I could use for the rest of my life. He didn’t have to...But he did because he wanted me to become stronger and I can proudly say that I feel so much stronger as a woman. I am more confident today and much more stronger .I can finally walk outside without being scared of being taken and I can finally sit at work alone without getting panic attacks.( I work right on the beach and it can become very scary when you are alone)Karl keep up the good work and thanks for everything. Your overflow of energy makes a person want to do better with each session.

The whole tribe is just so amazing and I hope they stay this way so that other future members can experience this as well lol. Behind a great team must be a fierce leader so well done Meghan .
