Ignite - head office

Woke up this morning and Ignite made a debit order of R305. I am so confused as I already paid for this month and my membership debit order goes off month end and the amount is R255 not R305.

How dare they subtract R305 after I had already paid for this month . I WANT MY MONEY BACK! What is this.
