Ignite gym incompetency

What a pathetic and horrible experience with Ignite Fitness. I had a contract with Ignite fitness in 2022 which I cancelled in 2022 and paid the full cancellation fee that was required with proof of it on a bank statement. Three years later they have contacted me and said I owe them money and threatened that if I don’t pay the amount my account will be handed over to debt collectors which it now has been. This is due to their own incompetency. I have tried to contact head office numerous times and they just don’t answer or respond to any emails. I contacted another branch of Ignite Fitness to seek information and help. They say they will look into it but also never respond to emails or get back to me. So unprofessional and just plain pathetic. Do not recommend ANY branch of Ignite Fitness to anyone.
