Ignite Fitness takes advantage of its members!

STAY AWAY! This brand will do whatever it takes to keep and take money from people. I joined this brand a couple years ago, a rocky start to be sure. They have recently closed a branch which happened to be my nearest one and now refuse a refund because they view the gym where I signed up as my home base and that one is operational. I will however let you know Ignite it was made very clear to me that should I wish to change my gym I would have to cancel and sign up all over again under a new offer as the one I originally signed up with does not exist anymore (never mind I would have to pay all the joining & admin fees all over again). There is a reason they are closing branches and quite frankly good riddance to trash management!
