Ignite fitness signed me up without my consent or signature - ******* action
Ignite fitness called me a few days ago wanting me to sign up again after I closed down my account a few months ago. I told them I would think about it but I never planned to join again due to several personal reasons. They registered me without my signature or consent. I did not sign a new contract. What they are doing is ******* and I will contact my lawyer if so much as a cent goes off my account. This is disgusting and unbelievable behaviour.
