Ignite fitness Randburg -no communication, poor service delivery

Please don't sign up at Ignite, I signed up 2 years ago for the well being of my teenage son took a package that allowed both of us to train together, signed contract and debited like clockwork every month, there were warning signs as it took about 3 months just to get membership cards which allow entrance , so we had to wait on the initial 3 months for authorisation on entering and felt like ********s whilst we hsd to wait for yhe security check, after lots of back and forth and blaming head office they eventually get us our cards, my son goes in on women's day and on entering he is told he is longer a member ,as of a year ago the policy changed, hello ignite he's been visiting 2-3 times a week and I've been paying all of a sudden now hes not allowed, not even a phonecall to let us know,how competent are you? they debit you but fail to communicate with their members, awful service. So he is told as of tomorrow the 10th a day after womens day, his membership is cancelled and he will no longer be allowed entrance, my poor boy, he was devastated, Anyway I had to go over to the gym and was assured by Cheesy that he will call me on Thursday and give me feedback , Again no communication from Ignite. Ignite to quick to take your cash but very slow on service delivery and really poor service delivery. There is never anyone to assist they all pass the buck, and no one takes ownership. Please ignite , will you be efficient enough to cancel my payments, from what I see not likely....don't train here or sign up...awful place
