Ignite Fitness poor standards

I have been a member of this fitness club now since its inception. Five star equipment but exceptionally poor management and floor staff. The two male cleaning staff are more knowlegable than any one of the staff who strut around the floor in what i could describe as more of a discotheque atmosphere. The noise they regard as music is so loud that i need to wear headphones to dampen the sound. Then you have a Tarzan or two amoung the staff who while training throw their weights around to impress the staff downstairs in Dischem. I am not surprised equipment is constantly broken. As a trained personal trainer I am absolutely dumbfounded that the owners of this establishment who obviously have money to burn and dont really care. Ive met incredibly well qualified Personal trainers here who have all moved on as they clearly dont belong in what i can call an extremely negative space to train anyone in. Were i not tied into a contract i would have left long ago. The gym is always pretty empty and unfortunately it will stay that way unless proper management and qualified floor staff are brought in.
