Ignite Fitness - poor service

Very poor service from Ignite Fitness. Took out an annual gym membership for my teenage son. When contract expired, we were then told by staff in Somerset West that is was now month to month. contin ued with membership for about 6 months, and son decided to cancel contract and that's when problems started.

Wife was then told that we had to pay three months fees, no one could answer why. Paid one month. and cancelled debit order. Then threatening emails started from Nompumelelo Nzelu. Threatened my minor son with blacklisting. Do not do business with Ignite, as they don't know what the definition of a month to month contract is. Tried complaining via their website, but get a message saying their server is down. This says a lot of their integrity and professionalism
