Ignite Fitness owes me a refund!

Ignite Fitness Milnerton was a great gym... Until it suddenly closed down in April 2024. I had just paid 2 x annual memberships for 2024 for my 2 sons. They gave us options to join another Ignite, or get a refund. I chose the refund because there is no other Ignite location that will suit my sons. I'm still waiting for the refund. Please guide me on what to do re getting the refund. They are communicating with me now and then via email, asking for bank letters etc, but no cash is forthcoming. I am owed R 2 800, minus the March fees I guess.
