IGNITE FITNESS MENLYN

This is the WORST GYM!!! The first red flag you should see here is that they don't even respond to the complaints made by their customer s. They don't even deserve one star. They don't care about their customers. They closed the gym for more than one month without communication and out of nowhere they send an email saying the gym will be open this Saturday and now all of a sudden they want to debit again. People actually budget their monthly expenses, you can't email customers a day before and say that now the gym is open. I now understand why so many of the staff resign. I missed one payment because the gym was closed and this month they debited twice without communicating with me that they would debit twice. Now my monthly expenses and cost of living will be affected. I have never experienced this with any gym but this gym. Don't join, you will regret it. Read these reviews and you will understand how poor the customer service is.
