Ignite Fitness means Ignite admin frustration

I really use to enjoy Ignite Fitness gym. I first became a member at their CBD branch when they were fairly new and then years later my husband and I joined together at the Claremont branch, staff at both the branched were amazing, however Ignite's admin staff at their Head Office is the WORST to communicate or deal with. We are having literally a two year battle with Head Office AFTER cancelling our membership. And every single time when we think the matter is resolved with the assurance of whichever manager is there at the time this matter brings out its ugly head again when they have new staff. they keep telling us we are in arrears when its a mess up that they made at Head Office at the time. I have an e-mail i kept from a manager that left saying that we are not in arrears and yet they took us to a debt collector. Ignite really need to train their admin staff adequately because you getting a bad name overall because of this. We would probably still been members have this nasty matter not escalated in the manner it had. I'm STILL struggling to get this matter resolved!!! Wish I never signed up in the first place!
