IGNITE FITNESS HARASSMENT

It has been almost over three years that I advised Ignite Fitness that due to having lost my job due to Covid measures and yet they still harass me regarding me being in arrears regarding my contract. On three occasions I spoke to management and was advised telephonically that this would be cancelled and that I was not to worry as my situation was understood. Well that call was made 3 times and on each occasion I was advised that everything was fine and any arrears had been cancelled. Obviously communication is as bad as the companies so called personal training staff. In that period the Milnerton Gym had 3 different managers and now after almost three years they are again harassing me for money. I have it in writing but it appears that I will need that document to prove how shockingly out of touch this company is. I would advise against ANYONE JOINING THIS USELESS GYM.
