Ignite Fitness Harassment

Well after 5 Harassing and extremely rude calls from a group of collection lawyers and being constantly harassed over my cancellation of my contract over two years ago Im now getting tired of this harassment. Having lost all forms of income due to retrenchment and on top of it being a pensioner this group is still threatening me. Please anyone out there thinking of joining a Gym this is the very last one I would recommend. Firstly it is extremely poorly run and youd be better off at the local Shebeen when it comes to the excessive loud music being played. I stuck this out as I had a contract in place , but once I lost my income I had an agreement that the last two months of my contract I would not need to pay as I clearly was unable to. Please make sure if you have an agreement like this with one of their Management staff that it is in writing. This agreement which came from two different manageresses at the Milnerton was in writing and verbal. Clearly if only after 27 months of not having any issues the company is financially in trouble that they have now got to harass an old age pensioner over a very small amount that was owing. Shocking so stay away unless you want to go through the same treatment.
