Ignite fitness closure in Rosebank mall

I am expressing my disappointment regarding the sudden and unannounced closure of the Ignite Fitness Rosebank club. The lack of prior communication about this closure has left many members, including my spouse, without any information or alternatives. The closure timeline has not been communicated, and we have no idea how long the club will remain closed. Many of those who have paid for a 12-month membership upfront, and we are concerned about what will happen to our membership during this period. Will the time lost be added to our membership? Additionally, the alternative locations suggested are far from convenient for those who chose the Rosebank branch due to its proximity to our work and homes. Has there been any consideration of partnering with other fitness clubs which have more accessible branches, to accommodate members during this period? The abruptness of this closure and the lack of clear communication are quite concerning. I hope that Ignite Fitness can provide a swift resolution very soon.
