Ignite Fitness Claremont No hot water for half of 2023

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Ignnite Fitness Claremont, which I joined in December 2022. Having previously worked out in people's garages, I can confidently say that this is the worst gym I have ever encountered. Where do I even begin? Firstly, there has been no hot water since February 2023, and this problem persists even now, five months later. Additionally, I was charged multiple deposits on my first payment, a situation that seems to have affected everyone else I have spoken to.

To make matters worse, the gym conveniently failed to inform me about their loadshedding policy from the time of my enrollment until June. Every time the power goes off, we are left in complete darkness, unable to use the dumbbells or even shower due to the lack of lighting. The gym equipment itself is in poor condition, with noticeable old skin marks in the grooves. It is frustrating to see that when something breaks, it remains broken for months on end.

I regret moving from virgin active and I will gladly pay 300 more for what they offered if anyone know how I can get out of my gym contract please contact me.
