Ignite Fitness are out ******** people

The worst Customer service ever.

Short story, Ignite Fitness is ******** me. After so many emails, they no longer reply. They blocked my card yet it was their system that was not working when they tried to process my monthly premiums. i was denied access to the gym for the whole month. You can imagine the embarrassment. I was then told some one would call me =, but nobody did until i decided to cancel. Someone then later called me and advised they were offering me 50% off for the next 3 months. However, month-end came and they processed the full amount. I have been trying to reach out to the cancellation and accounts team, but no one seems to care. What is sad is i never missed a single payment since i joined. right now i just need to cancel and i promise i don't want to be told i owe them any cent. I have not been able to use the gym yet i have been paying.
