Ignite FITNESS ARE DISHONEST AND USELESS

I went into the Somerset West gym to cancel my wife’s membership. We completed and sign the forms and was assured that the membership is cancelled. 5 months later they still debit my bank account. When I phoned them they tell me it was never cancelled. So they have ****** R1000 from me. Never go to Ignite gym, they are ******* and their service is useless.
