IGNITE FITNESS ****

I recently joined the gym on the 25th of September 2024 and paid in full for the service. On September 30th, 2024, I received an email saying the gym was permanently closed. I had not used the service for more than a week! The email stated that the membership was CANCELLED and did not direct me to another branch, as there are seven branches still open! I called Ignite Fitness and spoke to a lady named Erika and requested a refund with no luck. She They offer a service and I cannot get that service yet it's been paid for in full. I would never recommend this to anyone!!!
