Ignite...***** experience rather go to virgin active

Been with them a few months I have a debit order with them which they don't use thn the following day they let you know they could not deduct eventhough u have more than enough in the acc. Now what they do is they block your card and in order for you to join you have to pay a fee plus the months payment...I think this is a scheme to ****** the customer...I've been trying to get hold of their head off ....and not surprised at all ...their is no answer . I don't mean anything negative about their wonderful staff but I think this company is trying to ******* customers I think I should cancel and join Virgin active as this all seem just too *****...the first time this happened I said okay fine just pay the Xtra amount ....but now it happens again and I made sure that their is no way that they could not have deducted .
