Ignite Acres Management & Trainers

Ignite Acres needs to overhaul their management and employees. Both are representative of the Ignite brand and for the club - they are unprofessional, unfriendly and the attitude is atrocious.

This is a service industry, however there is no service from the trainers.

Ignte's operating hours are from 05:00 - 21:00 - twice last week with Ismaéel and twice this week with Angus - the gym has opened late, with no classes happening.

Telling Angus this morning it is rude and disrespectful, he had the arrogance telling me he is not late (mind you, only opened at 05:30) and I don't work for Ignite to tell him he is late. No, I do not work for Ignite, however I am one of the few remaining members who pays towards his salary.

Ignite should just close this branch already and save themselves from the bad name and terrible (non) service!

If they want to respond to my complaint, welcome to do it here. I do not want to be contacted by Jennilee as she is just as useless and covering up for he co-horts.
