I want my refund back

I was a member of Ignite Gym for the past 1 year and 6 months at the Milnerton branch. They were very strict with their monthly payments. The gym closed down because they were in rent arrears for 2 years. When they closed down, they had already deducted the monthly installment for April, even though the gym closed in the first week of that month. I had already paid for my year membership last year because they were running a promotion. The year membership was supposed to start on July 1st, 2024. I contacted them for my refund, and they promised to return it, but until now, I am still receiving excuses. I feel like they are dishonest.
