I am not Happy/ I have been **** to

Kevin the Sales Person who was at Ignite Fitness in Menlyn got me into a contract that I did not agree to, He **** to me saying that the form I was signing was for a 5-day trial and that he needed my banking details just for record should I be interested after the trial; he also advised that for me to secure a certain fee if I were to join the gym I should make a payment of R100 in which I never paid because I wasn't sure about this.

No ever since talking to this guy whom I trusted to be giving truthful information, I am left with a gym membership of R699 that in which I have no further information on. I do not know what term I am on, let along didn't know how much was the membership fee... I have called and visited the gym at Menlyn explaining this to them.

However, it doesn't seem as though they are looking into this whole matter solely cause the Kevin guy has resigned.

I would really appreciate it if Ignite would instead of sending me emails about my payment sorted this issue out. I have spoken to the Admin lady who advised that I should speak to the manager, but each time I call in to find out if their manager is there I am told she is out.
