Horrible gym ignite fitness

The machinery is of poor quality or out of order. The aircon is never on so its exstremely hot and uncomfortable. The smells in the gym is horrible!! Weight area plenty machinery in poor quality mostly out of order. No generators !! Battery lights Over-promised and under-delivered. Cardio machines are trash, the cardio water fountain hardly ever works, still no stepping machines.

Poorly run and managed club. management are incredibly arrogant. Sad really.

You ask for a 12 month contract eventually when you decide to cancel they tell you sorry you have a 24month contract if you want to cancel you will need to pay 7k for penalties. When you try to contact about the cancellation head office or whoever they are tells you you need to speak to the salesman that helped you or the salesman manager. When you get to the gym to do so they tell you sorry they cant help you die to loadshedding.what a joke this is really

Have talked to the sale manager i will contact you when i have power and when i have spoken to the branch manager.

Its been 4 days haven’t heard anything of him most probably doesn’t worrie about there costumers thats having issues with the gym.

So please tell me why if i want to cancel my gym contract there is no negotiable option to go forward and what am I paying for every month to go to the gym and get there so they can tell you sorry we dont have power and if you do have power the machinery is out of order This is really unacceptable
