Gym membership ****#Ignite fitness

I paid for a 3 year membership on the 31st of October 2023. On the 30 of September i woke up to an email notifying me that the gym has closed. I requested for a refund and noone is responding to my emails and calls. When you call other branches they are giving out wrong numbers. I managed to get hold of Percy from the accounts department on *** who dropped the phone the moment i mentioned the refund, tried calling back to no avail.
