Gym complain!!

This gym is a ****. They have a whole year special where you pay R2800 as an adult R1900 as a student for the whole year and I paid for that special at the menlyn branch . The gym got shut down two weeks after I started and now they don’t want to give me my refund . They still promoting the special yet the menlyn branch is closed . We approaching two months now and they keep saying they going to open but they don’t even have a date . I’ve moved to another gym so I want my money back but they refusing . The rate I give them is a 0. Not trustworthy at all and they don’t respect people and their money!
