Greenacres branch no A/c un-hygienic. Struggling to cancel membership

I was a member at the walmer park branch for +-7 months. Lovely gym. Unfortunately i had to transfer to the greenacres branch in September for travel reasons as I moved location and unable to travel to walmer.

Upon vewieing the gym and "transferring" my membership I was told that i need to sign a new contract as they dont transfer contracts which I did not mind doing as i had a great experience is walmer ignite. When I was taken for a tour around the gym i noticed the a/c wasnt working and i experienced my concern. The sales person assured me that it will be fixed within a week. Its been over a month and its still not fixed... Other members alerted me that its been without proper air ventilation for over a year. The sales rep was dishonest in this and obviously just tolf me what i wanted to hear so that i sign up.

Its unbearable to exercise in that environment, especially during the evenings (peak hours). On 2 occasions i got extremely light headed and sick, I had to walk outside the gym for fresh air.

The gym only has 3 windows which are by the frew weight section in a small corner. This is ridiculous. This is a breathing ground for bacteria

This is extremely un-hygienic and a major health and safety issue. After week 2 ive been trying to cancel my contract and i can never get through to the call center. I got through on ome occasion and the call magically disconnected.

I'm battling to cancel my contract for weeks now.

I was **** to by the sales rep upon signing up about the A/c being fixed within a week just to get me signed up.

You are failing to offer the services i signed up for. please cancel my contract asap.

Train your sales staff to be honest.
