Greenacres branch in Pe.No aircon for almost 2 years now and no hot water for months! R460 a month to gym in a breathing ground for bacteria? And not even able to take a warm shower after your workout in winter or all times.Canceled my contract and paid the cancelation fee yet they still want a month's notice for a facility I don't use. Their cancelation department have the nerve to tell me the issues have been sorted a long time ago yet I call and the Greenacres branch inform me that still no hot water or aircon. Sort your facilities because I can guarantee no one wants to gym in those conditions.
