********** contract

When signing up at ignite fitness I made it clear that I wanted a 12 month contract as I was moving over from zone fitness and wanted to see the level of service i got. The time has come up for cancellation I come to find that my contract was made out to be 24 months not 12 months this was done by my consultant when signing this contract i have messages stating that he marked 12 months not 24 months. This is not ok this is *****! He did this to get better commission. The milnerton branch wont give me the branch managers direct email so I can sort this out. I asked for a copy of my contract when I signed up and received the copy of it. I noticed that the 12 month is marked in black pen and the rest is imprint from the original copy.
