Don’t waste your time or your money.

1-star rating is too high for the place.

If your are employed or contracted there, they replace/release you, halve your salary and make contractual changes over a WhatsApp group without any notice.

Their Ferndale branch was white-washed last year and saw most instructors and staff members of colour released.

Their first promise of hosting over 70 classes a day has been reduced to about 25 classes a week and they still charge members the same fee, even though the members that signed with them were promised 70+ classes a day.

They have lost incredible staff in sales, instructors, admin and management. Their staff turnover has been rapid leaving members feeling uneasy.

As a now ex contractor there (by choice) I’ve dealt with both management and head office and both of them are useless. They have no idea what is going on. You phone head office and they think that a person who was fired or resigned two months ago is still working there. No communication, or respect between members, staff, head office or contractors.

I would recommend that Ignite Ferndale gets reviewed by head office. PE and CPT branches seem to be doing well.
