Dissapointing service at Newspaper House Branch- No Transparency

I signed onto the Newspaper House branch last December and the sales agent, Lutho (who the sales manager, Tando, has now explained was new at the time) approached me with a promotional membership. I explained to him that I was changing jobs and would not be close to the facility but he insisted that I could use any of their facilities and gain access with the card they issued me. The contract made no mention of the workings of my membership relating to using another facility and I was happy to sign on at that promo price. Now when I went to the Claremont facility, I was unable to enter with my card and was told I had to pay a R200 transfer fee and almost double my current fee to use their facility going forward. While the guys in Claremont have tried their best to assist, I am deeply disappointed by the service from Newspaper House and Tando specifically since when I spoke to him about this, he said he would take full responsibility for the incorrect information shared with me by his agent yet no effort has been made to either cancel or waive excessive extra fees due to their lack of transparency!

While I have always spoken highly of the classes and facility in general, I do not recommend this facility to anyone because of the poor service and promotions that are just to mislead people and trap you in contracts that don't even fully explain what you are signing up for! NO THANKS!
