Disappointed is an understatement.

I am disappointed at the ineffective assistance given by Ignite fitness accounts department it is truly appalling, If they don’t give you incorrect amounts to pay their team never updates payments causing the client to pay admin fees that could have been avoided. They never reply to emails until you do follow up calls. They are really just a lot to deal with.
