Contract that never ends!!!!!!!

I really like the gym, friendly staff. Their contracting is messy and worst communication and problem solving ever. If your contract ends and you cancel tewo months in advance, do yourself a favor and cancel in writing, call, whatsapp whatever it takes. Remember theirs call are recorded, not sure what that means because they cant track mine and are still charging from me October to now when I cancelled telephonically in August, got an email to say I will get a contract to sign, never got it but I get billed every month and threatened with legal and debt collection and risk to credit score. Its not hard, please get your admin / contracting in order and your call system. Its this kind of incident that will continuously bring you bad feedback.
