Contract *****

I took out 12 month contract, two of the sales assistant assured us it was 12 months, and assured me that it will be expired by April. I confirmed with multiple staff a few times, ensuring that I won't be charged after March. Fast forward 2 months and they are still taking money out of my account!!! I am student and cannot afford expenses of services I don't use. I've been trying to pause my account still to this day, for 2 months now!! I even received a call from the sales rep at Ignite Rosebank telling me that my contract is expired, BUT I'M STILL CHARGED!! They are very quick to deduct money, but can't reply to emails or SMS. Terrible Service! Find another gym to go to.
