Car got ****** at Ignite Fitness Southgate

My Husbands car got ****** at Ignite Fitness Southgate, we arrived at 17:58 and came out at 18:38 and the vehicle was gone, Ignite Fitness said they have no cameras nor do they have security, the security that frequents is from Southgate Mall, they said they don't work for the gym, they work for the mall hence they only do check ups here and there and this not only shows that Ignite Fitness Southgate is not safe gym, but also that they actually do not car about their members and when I called to cancel my membership, they told me I have to pay for a cancelation fee, I am very keen on suing and going the legal route, they show no empathy, all they car about is taking our money. During the whole dispute we realised how unsafe that gym area is, anyone can get ****** there, I seriously advice people not to join, its not worth it at all
