BUNCH OF ****MERS

THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ****MERS. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. 2 ish years ago, I joined the branch in Rosebank, JHB. The club ended up closing down (they said temporarily but it ended up being permanently) and I was forced to use a club further away. Due to the distance, I canceled the contract without paying cancelation fees (they confirmed telephonically that I wouldn't have to pay). Fast forward 2 years and they sent debt collectors after me requesting an outstanding amount of over R5000!!!??? When I confronted ignite fitness I gave them a mouthful over the phone, they requested me to send them proof of cancelation etc. After I sent it to their cancelations department, I have received no response. When I tried to call them back, it appears that they have blocked my number. Should they persist on this issue, I will get my Lawyers involved and can sue for damages, messing up my credit record.
