Bad service and lack of professionalism

Had a 2 year contract with them and paid R150 for an access card for my daughter which I haven’t received till to date. I have been requesting to cancel my contract for the past months. Finally DMed IG page and got a response on emails I have been sending. Now I must pay a cancellation fee but I got banking details as a Cut and paste. I request banking details on letterhead or something professional letter. I am told I must go to the Randburg branch to make payment there. If I was able and had means to go to the branch I would not be cancelling my contract. This gym lacks professionalism and good service. Yes they are reasonable but they don’t treat customers fairly.
