Bad Customer Service

22 June 2022, I received ********** serive at Ignite Fitness, Republic On Ferndale. Customer service was appalling. I've been sitting with an unresolved query for the past 6 months due the failure of their system and their unskilled Manager. I was given 2 options as if it was my fault that their system failed. I'm canceling my membership with immediate effect and legal action will be taken.
